Working one-on-one with a coach is great for all members. There is ALWAYS some thing to learn or practice. With personal training you will get more direct + customized help from a coach in comparison to the group class setting.
Group Class
Working out in a group setting is great for many reasons. First and foremost, community is a huge piece! We love that our members build relationships inside and out of the gym. It is also proven that you push yourself that much harder when working out with others - hence gaining a greater benefit from your exercises.
