No Sweat Intro: What to Expect?
Whether you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete or new to the sport, your first step is a “No Sweat Intro”. During this 20 minute meeting we will show you around the gym, get to know you, your goals, and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train at North Rim CrossFit. Some common questions we usually answer are:
- Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Can I just pet the gym dogs the entire class?
